This note explains what happens to the details you give us when you join the Birdscape waitlist. We've kept it short and plain.
What we collect
When you fill in the waitlist form we collect the details you enter: your email address and name, and — if you choose to add them — your organisation or reserve and your role. We don't collect anything else, and there are no tracking cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to email you about Birdscape as we roll it out — availability near you, early-access invitations, and product updates. That's it.
Where it's stored
Waitlist entries are submitted to a Google Form and stored in a Google Sheet that only the Birdscape team can see. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else.
Your choices
- Every email we send will include an easy way to unsubscribe.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details we hold at any time.
- To do either, just email hello@birdscape.co.uk.
